Virtual Nursing Core Program
During this course, you will get a small glimpse into the world of Nursing. Our goal is to develop successful professionals through the study and application of theories, concepts, principles, and methods of nursing by providing quality higher education and training which will enable individuals to be successful through challenging and rewarding careers.


Internal Medicine
This Internal Medicine teaching clinic is directly linked to Wayne State University and its residency program, providing medical students and residents with immersive, hands-on training. Learners rotate under the supervision of a Wayne State clinical professor in both the clinic and a Wayne State–hospital, ensuring exposure to academic excellence and real-world patient care.
The program offers two Internal Medicine rotations:
Hybrid Rotation: A blend of outpatient and inpatient care, allowing students to experience continuity between clinic visits and hospital admissions.
Inpatient-Only Rotation: A fully hospital-based experience, focused on acute care and complex case management.
Both tracks maintain the same high standard—rotations are conducted with Wayne State faculty members in both clinical and hospital settings, giving participants direct mentorship and integration into the residency learning environment.
Dental
This Dental teaching clinic provides students and residents with extensive hands-on training in a high-level academic environment. Participants rotate under the supervision of a University of Michigan faculty member within the clinic, gaining experience in comprehensive dental care and evidence-based practice.
The program consists of a clinic-based rotation, designed to develop strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and procedural skills across a wide range of dental specialties. Students benefit from direct mentorship with University of Michigan faculty, ensuring exposure to both academic excellence and real-world patient care in a teaching clinic setting.


Cardiology
Step into the heart of cardiology at a clinic directly linked to Wayne State University . This isn’t just observation, it’s true hands-on training. From mastering stress test interpretation to assisting in life-saving procedures like pacemaker implantation, you’ll train under Wayne State faculty and one of the nation’s leading experts in electrophysiology.

Pulmonology
Wayne State and Michigan State clinic. You will be able to rotate with the program director of pulmonology and critical care at Michigan stage university. This rotation provides you with hands-on clinical experience in the field of Pulmonology and Critical Care as well as sleep medicine. At the end of this rotation, you’ll be able to treat patients with COPD, asthma, and be able to interpret sleep studies. You also have exposure to critical care cases that will help you gain a deeper level of thinking in dealing with your patients.


Urgent Care -IM
This Urgent Care Internal Medicine program is directly linked to Wayne State University Hospital and its faculty, offering students, residents, and fellows immersive hands-on experience in acute patient management. Under the mentorship of Wayne State clinical professors and practicing physicians, participants gain exposure to real-time decision making, rapid diagnostics, and evidence-based treatment of diverse medical conditions.
With its strong connection to Wayne State’s residency program, this rotation provides not only practical skills in urgent and acute care, but also direct mentorship and academic recognition within one of Michigan’s leading medical institutions.
Nephrology
Experience nephrology at its highest level in a program directly connected to Wayne State University. Students, residents, and fellows rotate under the mentorship of the Chief of Medicine at a Wayne State, IMG-friendly hospital, gaining unparalleled exposure to kidney disease management, dialysis care, and transplant medicine.
This isn’t a typical rotation — it’s a chance to train with a hospital leader and educator who shapes the very residency programs you aspire to join. For international medical graduates especially, this rotation offers not only hands-on nephrology training but also direct visibility in a pathway designed to welcome IMGs into the U.S. system.


OBGYN
Step into women’s health at a teaching clinic directly linked to Wayne State University and its residency program. Under the guidance of Wayne State faculty and practicing OB/GYN specialists, students gain hands-on experience in this rare training program.
This rotation is more than observation it’s an immersive, practical experience designed to prepare you for residency training. With mentorship from leaders in obstetrics and gynecology, participants develop the skills and confidence to manage complex cases while building strong connections in one of the most vital fields of medicine.
Hematology/Oncology
Enter the world of cancer care and blood disorders at a teaching clinic directly connected to Wayne State University and its residency program. Under the mentorship of Wayne State faculty and leading oncologists, students gain hands-on experience in diagnosing and managing hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, and benign blood conditions.
From interpreting bone marrow biopsies to participating in cutting-edge oncology treatments, this rotation gives you rare exposure to both the science and humanity of cancer care.
